The current owners purchased the property in 2011 and have since completed many extensive remodeling projects to the property. These include:

New roof installed 2014, including R50 blown insulation in all attic spaces

Complete repainting of the house, inside and out.  Full exterior painted in 2015 and most recently in January 2017 repainted the interior main and upper floors (Agreeable Gray)

Installed lots of new crown and decorative moldings

Removed and replaced all interior bannisters, and replaced old wood railings with new wrough-iron railings on all decks 

Installed new carpeting throughout most of house...basement in 2013, livingroom 2015, 2nd floor and master bedroom in 2017

Installed new hardwood flooring in entry, main hall, kitchen, breakfast room, and Florida Room

Installed three new chandeliers in livingroom, several new ceiling fans in bedrooms

Replaced all lighting bulbs with new LED energy-saving bulbs

Installed two skylight tubes in mud room and office/loft for great daylight lighting 

Installed over 380' of new decorative lawn curbing

Remodeling of kitchen in October 2015 - added large skylights, removed three walls to open area, 6 new granite countertops, new wood flooring, new Wolf gas cooktop, new crown molding

Divided basement storage room to add additional bedroom or Mancave-Game Room

Built new large walk-in pantry, remodeled large laundry and service-entry mud room, new ceramic tile flooring, moldings, and lighting in these areas

Installed two new SolaTube skylights 

New Garage addition / expansion, taking it from 2-car garage to 5-car garage

New deck between house and new garage added

Replaced old decking with new decking and added new railings

Built rock fire pit and added new patio LED panels for lighting
