Owners, Jim and Ginger Welch have lived in Louisville since 2010, having moved a business warehouse from California.  Finding this home we called Greystone was an amazing thing, and being an old general contractor, we started an almost continuous process of top-to-bottom renovations, additions, and upgrades. We lived there for five years, and have since purchased a number of other homes to renovate.

As our first Louisville home, we looked at other, newer homes...but absolutely NONE had the beautiful setting and structural bones of this home!  It has been leased for the past 6 years, and the house will be empty and available shortly after May 1, 2025.
