See Basement Floorplan

The large walk-out basement of Greystone features the 5th and 6th bedrooms (could be used for game room or other purpose), with seperate bath that is shared with the basement, plus a large open room, small exercise room, bar, and lower walk-out mudroom with back stair access up to the garage.  The central area is quite large, and this area accommodated our theater and pool table with lots to spare.  Unfortunately, the rock fireplace is decorative only because when the house was build, the 40' tall chimney was sealed shut by careless masons! We really never used it...it is possible that it could be opened. The decorative logs stay with the house.

In addition to lots of windows looking out to the back yard and pond, there are three exit doors from the basement to the large covered patios just outside.  Outside, you can relax by the fire pit or just enjoy the pond and back yard!
